Here at WSI , we try to meet your every needs when it comes to your restaraunt. This Hardees needed to remove more heat from their kitchen and also needed more ice, we had a solution for both.
We removed a 400 pound self contained ice machine that was pumping heat into an already hot kitchen and installed a remote 800 pound per day ice machine that pumped the heat to a remote condenser coil outside.
In doing so we doubled their ice production and decreased their heat load by 12K btu/hr. That is equivelant to adding an extra 1 ton of air conditioning to their kitchen.
