π Team Member Spotlight: Curtis β Field Operations Specialist π
As our Field Operations Specialist, Curtis is often the eyes and ears of the company in the field. Whether he's coordinating with inspectors, checking on project progress, meeting vendors, handling deliveries, making dump runs, or helping homeowners feel comfortable during construction, he's always willing to step in wherever he's needed.
And when I say wherever, I mean it.
One day he might be helping with heavy demolition. The next he's moving materials, hanging drywall when we're short-handed, helping troubleshoot a jobsite issue, or making sure a project is ready for inspection. Whatever needs to get done, he gets it done.
As a business owner, having someone you trust completely in the field is invaluable. Construction is full of moving parts, and knowing there is someone representing our company with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic gives me the confidence to focus on growing the business while knowing our clients and projects are in good hands.
On a personal note, Curtis is also my fiancΓ©, which makes this journey even more special. Building a business is not always easy, and having a partner who believes in the vision, supports the mission, and is willing to do whatever it takes to help make it successful means more than words can express.
Thank you for everything you do for Waterfront Remodeling, our team, and our clients. We couldn't do it without you.
π¨ Here's to the guy who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes.
