Salvaged Ipe deck boards from an old project. . Planed, sanded, stained and installed as a porch ceiling. 4 hours work. A lot of TLC, but a beautiful result.

This is a great project on Old Northeast St Petersburg. Back to basics for us. 2nd floor covered porch addition--of course it's a 95 Year Old house and we're working over the completely finished TV room and guest bathroom. Lots and lots of complicated waterproofing. Synergy wood cypress ceiling. Cappuccino chiseled edge French pattern travertine floor. Hardie panel interior. Brick veneer exterior. Just another day at LYH Custom Building and Remodeling, Inc.
