Another milestone on this custom home. 🏗️
The 1st and 2nd floor structural framing is taking shape, with concrete block, cast-in-place columns and beams all coming together. There are a lot of moving pieces on a build like this, and it takes the right team to execute it.
We couldn’t do it without some of the best trade partners in the business working alongside us to solve challenges and keep things moving.
Proud of the progress and excited for what’s next. Stay tuned - there’s a lot more to come on this one.

Things are moving along on our newest spec home in Allendale! This is one of St. Pete's most desirable neighborhoods, and we're excited to bring this custom designed home to the area.

Framing is underway, and it's always fun to see a rendering start turning into the real thing. We can't wait to share more progress as this one comes together.

From demo to vertical construction. 🏗️

We're excited to share progress on one of our more technically challenging custom homes currently. This 3 story waterfront home features block construction on all levels along with cast-in-place columns and beams for a structure built to last.

First-floor block and columns are complete, and we're now forming and pouring the cast-in-place beams.

We love projects that push us to showcase what our team is capable of. Looking forward to sharing the journey as this one comes to life.

🔥 Turning a Tear Down into a Training Ground!🔨

NexGen was proud to partner with the St. Petersburg Fire Rescue by providing a soon-to-be-demolished home for a live training drill. Before we begin rebuilding, our local heroes had the opportunity to sharpen their skills in a real-life environment and it was awesome to watch them in action!
We're honored to support the vital work they do to keep our community safe. A big thank you to the brave men and women of St. Pete Fire Rescue! 👨‍🚒🚒
