One of our recent projects is nearing completion! Clemmons Court is inspired by the early 20th century cottage courts that were once sprinkled throughout St. Petersburg's early neighborhoods. Located in the Grand Central District, the one-fifth acre community is composed of four detached single-family homes, two accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and two commercial spaces arranged around an intimate central courtyard. All of the homes are accessed from the private courtyard, which is shared by the residents. In addition, each single-family home has a private fenced-in patio.

We've enjoyed working with Backstreets Capital on this unique project in the heart of The Grand Central District!

Construction is officially underway on one of our latest projects! The Cade is a seven-story, 15-unit condominium building overlooking historic Mirror Lake in downtown St. Petersburg. The Cade’s design is inspired by the adjacent 1936 home by early St. Pete developer Cade Allen, as well as other neighborhood landmarks.
