THIS VERY NICE HOMEOWNER HAD NO IDEA HER ROOF AND EXTERIOR HAD BEEN DAMAGED BY HIGH WINDS AND GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL, THAT HAD HIT THE AREA EARLIER IN THE YEAR! WE THOUGHT MAYBE SANTA AND HIS REINDEER GOT A LITTLE TOO EXCITED UP ON THE ROOF AT FIRST LOL 😆 SHE SAID THE ROOF WAS ONLY 8 YRS OLD AND THOUGHT IT WAS JUST FINE. SO WE JUST OFFERED A COURTESY INSPECTION TO BE SAFE GOING INTO THE WINTER. TURNS OUT THE ROOF WAS SEVERELY DAMAGED FROM THE STORM BACK IN MAY! WE GOT THE EXPOSED PLYWOOD ALL TARPED UP TO HELP KEEP OUT THE ELEMENTS. DON'T ASSUME EVERYTHING IS FINE UP THERE UNTIL YOU HAVE AN HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE PROFESSIONAL TAKE A LOOK, IT'S COMPLETELY FREE TO HAVE US OUT AND GIVE YOU AN ASSESSMENT.
