Turns out there WAS a property line under there. 😂🌿

We helped our new client Logan reclaim this overgrown area—clearing brush, cutting back vegetation, and hauling away the debris to get the property cleaned up and ready for a new privacy fence to go in.

🪨 Fresh blue trap rock throughout
✨ Cleaned up, defined beds around the home

A little structure + a whole lot better drainage. 👏🏼

This area needed more than a cosmetic refresh, so we tackled what was happening above AND below ground.

For this project, we:

▫️Removed the failing existing timber wall
▫️Rebuilt it with new 6x6 ground-contact timbers, staggered for a stronger, more durable build
▫️Reworked and leveled the area behind the wall
▫️Installed approximately 60 feet of new PVC drainage (at client request)
▫️Connected it directly to the gutter system
▫️Buried the drainage underground to carry water away from the home
▫️Finished the exposed connection in black to blend right in with the existing gutter

The finished result is clean and simple—but some of the most important work on this one is the part you can’t even see.

We love projects that don’t just make a space look better, but help it function better, too.
