On site this morning at the BJC Wentzville project! 🏗️

Our TJ Wies Prefab team is performing a laser scan of the building to help us accurately plan and fabricate prefabricated wall panels. By capturing precise field conditions, we can take that information back to the shop and turn it into an efficient, accurate prefab solution.

We’re proud to partner with Impact Strategies on this project and bring the benefits of prefabrication to the job site!

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the team from Murry to the TJ Wies Prefab shop! They stopped by to learn more about the benefits of prefabrication, see our process firsthand, and explore how prefab solutions can be implemented into their upcoming projects.

We are excited to introduce a new member of the TJ Wies Prefab Team, Juan Carlos Butron, who joins us as our Senior Construction Design Specialist. Originally from Bolivia, raised in Argentina, and now proudly a Canadian citizen, Juan Carlos brings an international perspective and a passion for innovation to the TJ Wies team. As an architect, he has dedicated his career to designing and developing prefabricated wall systems, always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to solve problems and help teams succeed.

Outside of work, Juan Carlos is a passionate soccer fan who enjoys playing the ukulele, paddle boarding, and spending time with his wife, their two wonderful grown daughters, and their two newly adopted kittens.

After his first visit to St. Louis, Juan Carlos quickly realized what makes TJ Wies special—the people. He's excited to help build and grow our Prefab Design Department, take on new challenges, and get to know the team both in and out of the office. He's looking forward to being part of a company that works hard, has fun, and builds great things together.
