Cozy kitchen corners.
I love getting to bring homeowners’ dreams to life! Perfect for them. Perfect for their style - and their needs. And in the end, always feels like that’s what the house wanted the kitchen to be like all along. 🤍

One of the smartest things we’ve done in our own home (2nd pic) is convert a large basement work room into a home gym - and we have a home renovation business!

We’ve seen a big uptick in clients wanting home gyms (3rd pic) and sauna cold plunge rooms in the last couple of years. I totally get it!

🤍 grown-up workout play dates with your besties? yes!
🤍sauna date with the hubby? yes!
🤍 a place to work out in your pajamas because then you really get it it in? yes!
🤍 a place for your teenagers to lift without you having to drive them anywhere in the snow? yes yes

PSA if you want 2027 to be the year you have a home gym now would be the time to plan that little remodel. 😉

New light fixtures, hardware, new furniture, and you have a whole new kitchen! 🤍
If you don’t have the budget for a huge remodel - or you don’t want to over invest in a home you may only be living in for a few more years- there are so many things we can do so you can love your home.

No need to get new cabinets or change out the flooring. That wouldn’t make sense in this open concept floorplan anyway, but new light fixtures, countertops, cabinet, hardware and barstools completely transform the space.
