Exciting progress at South Haven Apartments! We’ve completed 82 units, and the remaining 18 will be finished within the next month. Along with new unit finishes, the building received new domestic water supply risers and new sanitary waste and vent piping. A huge thank you to our project partners as we head into the final stretch!

This month, we proudly complete the renovation of the 29-unit apartment community at Summit Point. This comprehensive project included:
• Full renovation of all 29 apartment homes and common areas
• New roofing, siding, windows, and gutters
• Replacement of key mechanical systems, including a new make-up air unit (MAU), boilers, and water heater
• New parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping, and site amenities

Last week we celebrated the re-grand opening of Birchwood Apartments in Grand Marais; a major renovation of 24 apartments completed with residents in place. Thank you to everyone who played a role in making this renovation a success!

Riverside Cottages Phase I in Jamestown, ND was recently completed. We turned over another 12 fully upgraded buildings, bringing the total to 22 buildings. The renovations included new cabinets, flooring, paint, fixtures, and mechanical systems — plus new exterior insulation that significantly boosts each unit's energy efficiency, saving on heating and cooling costs year-round. Huge thanks to all of the teams involved for their hard work and commitment.
