Behind every successful project is a team of people who know how to get the job done, and Mike Thill has been a key part of that team since 2011.

As a Superintendent at Frattalone, Mike’s favorite part of the job isn’t the dirt, equipment, or even seeing a project come together, it's the people he works with.

When he’s not on the jobsite, you’ll find Mike hunting or fishing. His dream vacation? An Alaskan fishing trip. Fitting, since Alaska is also his dream place to live.

We’re proud to have Mike on the Frattalone team and appreciate the experience, humor and dedication he brings to every project.

Eagle Pointe - Shakopee, MN

We’re proud to be a part of the Eagle Pointe development, a major multifamily and commercial project transforming a former gravel pit. Spanning 140 acres, the project includes 5 million cubic yards of earthwork, underground water and sewer infrastructure, a 45-acre commercial area with 10 sites, and infrastructure to support 500 residential units.

The work is moving forward in close collaboration with Braun Intertec Corporation, the owner’s geotechnical and environmental consultant, and the project team at Swervo Development Corporation.

Across 32 acres in Stratford, Wisconsin, our crews are helping lay the groundwork for the Big Rapids energy project. Our scope includes earthwork, site grading and the installation of 2,861 steel pile foundations.

When shallow bedrock was encountered, we adjusted our installation approach and used an alternative rock-drilling method to address the conditions and help keep the project moving forward.

Work is underway for Costco in Littleton, Colorado, where we are supporting Novak Construction with earthwork and utilities across the 600,000 SF site.

From managing challenging soil conditions to coordinating with local suppliers, utility partners and Denver Water, our team continues to adapt and find solutions that keep the project moving forward.

Big equipment, big smiles and an even bigger impact!

This past weekend, Frattalone was proud to support Day of the Dozers at ERX Motor Park. Hosted by DIGIN Midwest, this one-of-a-kind event gives kids the opportunity to climb aboard real construction equipment, ride alongside experienced operators and discover an industry where they could one day build a career.

Thank you to everyone that helped make the day such a success. Best of all, 100% of the proceeds support organizations doing important work for children, families and future industry professionals.

The 13th Annual Steve Buche Memorial Sporting Clays Tournament was held last week and was a great success!

Steve was an integral part of Team Frattalone for more than three decades. He was widely respected throughout the industry and a genuinely kind person with an infectious laugh that could fill a room. As an avid fisherman and hunter, we know Steve would be proud of the impact this event continues to make in his name.

To date, the tournament has raised more than $110,000, providing outdoor adventures to children and young adults with life-threatening illnesses and combat-wounded veterans.
