Some of our team returned to the Heights, a Habitat for Humanity development in St. Paul. We spent time waterproofing window framing, installing doors, and dismantling scaffolding to help move a few homes closer to completion! We always love volunteering for this wonderful nonprofit. 👷🛠️

Yesterday evening we had the pleasure of joining Enclave to celebrate the official ribbon cutting for Velwood Residences in the 50th and France neighborhood. The 47 luxury apartments join one of the premiere dining, shopping, and entertainment districts in the area. Designing a project from concept to completion is always such a rewarding experience. Congratulations to Enclave and everyone who played a role in bringing this incredible community to life.

Construction is well underway at Amira in Corcoran! This stunning lakeside community was designed with the site in mind. Last week we had the pleasure of visiting Bridgewater Bank's Lake Elmo branch six months after opening. We talked with the staff about how the space is functioning for them and their clients. The insights we gain from these post-occupancy visits are invaluable and help us continue to grow and improve with every project. Bridgewater Bank is as beloved by the community as they are by us!
