Breaking ground in Monticello! Yesterday marked the groundbreaking for the City of Monticello’s new Water Treatment Plant, a major investment in the community’s water infrastructure and future.
Oertel Architects is proud to be part of the team working alongside the City of Monticello, AE2S, ISG, and Rice Lake Construction Group to bring this important facility to life. We’re excited to see construction get underway and look forward to watching the project take shape over the next few years.

Oertel Architects enjoyed attending the 4th Quarter Minnesota Municipal Cannabis Coalition meeting hosted by the City of Anoka and the Anoka Cannabis Company. It was a great opportunity to connect with community leaders and learn more about the evolving cannabis landscape in Minnesota.

We are proud to be the architects for the Anoka Municipal Cannabis Dispensary, which is now nearing completion. Once finished, it will become the first municipally operated cannabis dispensary in the state and the only municipally operated dispensary in the country!
