Union members from across the building trades came together at Wild Marsh Sporting Clays for the Annual Roofers Twin Cities Sporting Clays Shoot!

The event brought union members together for a great day of friendly competition, and to support conservation efforts around the state.

October 1st marks the start of our contracted heated break area requirements.

Under the Local 110 Inside Agreement, employers must provide a heated facility for breaks and lunch periods when:

โ€ข When the temperatures starts to drop
โ€ข The job lasts five or more days.
โ€ข Four or more employees are employed.
โ€ข Work takes place October 1 through March 31.

Know your contract. Stay warm. Look out for one another.
