And just like that… we’ve made it to our FINAL COLOR! 🎉🎨

We’re wrapping up our 19-day countdown with this before & after from Excelsior featuring James Hardie Gray Slate staggered shakes paired with crisp Arctic White trim. 🏠✨

The original cedar shakes had seen better days, and replacing them with James Hardie gave this home a beautiful refresh while keeping so much of the character that made it special in the first place.

DAY 2 🎨 KHAKI BROWN 🤎

We’re almost there!! 🎡🙌

Today’s before & after takes us to Plymouth, and this one is all about bringing some warmth back to the exterior. 🏠✨

The dated stucco façade was replaced with James Hardie Khaki Brown lap siding, paired with Navajo Beige shakes + crisp Arctic White trim.

The mix of warm neutral colors AND siding textures completely refreshed this home while giving it a classic look that will stand the test of time. 🤎

And just like that… we have ONE color left! 👀🎨

DAY 3 🎨 TIMBER BARK 🤎

There’s a LOT to see in this one… so keep swiping! 👀➡️

Today’s transformation takes us to Eagan, where this home received a complete exterior refresh featuring James Hardie Timber Bark siding with Cobblestone trim. 🏠✨

We mixed lap siding, board & batten AND straight-edge shakes to add texture and dimension throughout the exterior but the siding was only part of this transformation!

The old light-colored brick was removed and replaced with Boulder Creek cultured stone, and new Marvin windows were installed throughout the home. 👏

From the siding styles to the stone, windows and finishing details, there’s so much to take in on this one. 😍

DAY 5 🎨 EVENING BLUE 💙

A new color AND a whole new entrance. 😍👏

Today’s before & after takes us to Edina, where this home received James Hardie Evening Blue siding paired with Arctic White straight-edge shakes for the perfect amount of contrast. 💙🤍

But can we talk about that front entrance?! 👀

The addition of a new portico + cultured stone completely changed the look of the front of this home and gave it some serious curb appeal. We also installed a new roof with GAF Timberline Slate shingles to bring the whole exterior transformation together. 🏠✨

This is one of those before & afters where you have to look twice! 😍

Okay, this one is COOL. 😍👏

Today’s transformation takes us to Mendota Heights, where James Hardie Iron Gray helped take this home from a more traditional exterior to something completely modern and unique.

Instead of a standard siding layout, varying siding exposures were used to give the exterior extra dimension and create that contemporary look. Add in the cedar entry details, steel trellises + tempered glass garage doors and this home definitely knows how to make a statement. 🏠✨

And that BEFORE?! You’re going to want to watch this one all the way through. 👀

Talk about going from weathered to WOW. 🤩

Today’s before & after takes us to Excelsior, where the old vertical cedar siding had become weathered and damaged over the years and this home was ready for a refresh!

We replaced it with James Hardie Rich Espresso lap siding + straight-edge shakes, giving the exterior a rich, modern look while still fitting beautifully with its natural surroundings. 🌳🏠

And the transformation didn’t stop with the siding this project also included new Marvin fiberglass windows! 👏

Sometimes a darker siding color is exactly what a home needs to completely change its look. 🤎
