Meet Seth Warniment, Commercial Value Stream Manager supporting Tubing, Rubber Track, Ag Cell, Urethane and Bladder Bags.

Seth has been part of the Trackman team for over seven years and plays an important role in helping our commercial operations continue to move forward.

In his day-to-day role, Seth works closely with department managers to ensure customer needs are being met while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall performance.

One accomplishment he’s particularly proud of is helping reduce scrap within the rubber track department.

For Seth, success comes down to teamwork, accountability and achieving goals while delivering quality products to our customers.

Outside of work, Seth enjoys spending time with his two daughters, and cheering them on at their sporting events.

When asked to describe the Trackman brand in three words, Seth chose collaborative, challenging and rewarding.
