GROUND BREAKING NEWS....Excavation has started on our next build in Treasure lake. This custom home will feature a full vault over kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths! PULLING PLASTIC...UNCVOERING BEAUTY...Upstairs is almost complete in Karthus, our friends from Granite Expressions were coming to template today, so we were at a good point to pull all the protective coverings and do an initial cleanup as we move into final finishing!! Everything looks.so amazing we cannot wait to share the final pictures on this one!! Just a few short weeks and the finish line is in site! Check out the huge wrap around porch, it was also feature a screened in portion with roof!! This place got it all!!

Some fun little side jobs we been doing some on hunting properties gettting ready for 2026 hunting season..Obviously planting is paying off as I didn't get the two big 8 points that were bedded also. We also put in a driveway which was really soft and strengthened the existing bridge. Now full size loaded trucks can easily make it up to the hill or material delivery trucks we also installed drainage and widened out the space behind the garage. Final phase is some basic watering holes as it is a very dry valley, people underestimate the importance of a good water source, best legal attractant there is in this situation S seen by the traffic in the puddle pics.

Ground Control to major Tom, We got major progress on our Karthus project!! And a welcome site visit from the owners, first time seeing it all open!! Final tongue and groove complete on the vault, and drywall has started. Side porch just about complete, and large 10x48 wrap around porch with partial shed roof and screen enclosure are under way!! One tile shower is complete. And second underway, all 100% custom. Stay tuned as we approach the finial finishing, cannot wait to see the flooring, and solid surface granite countertops in the kitchen!! Pole building is almost complete just a few odds and ends!! With the views and local wildlife it's hard to leave here everyday!!! WE ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THIS PLACE!!
