When every tenant space has undergone renovations at different times, you end up with a lot of different storefront looks, including the bones beneath them that you can’t see. By upgrading the storefronts and the bones of the building all at the same time, we’re creating a stronger, unified presence - for the tenants, the customers, and the whole block.

This one is going to look really good when it’s done.
