Taking a look back at one of our favorite renovations, The Apex Apartments in Burnsville!

Satoree partnered with Timberland Partners to transform resident-facing spaces throughout the property, from the fitness center and community room to the leasing office, pool bathrooms, and apartment interiors.

The goal was simple: modernize, improve functionality, and create cohesive spaces built for everyday living. From updated finishes and fixtures to upgraded kitchens, baths, cabinetry, and countertops, every detail helped bring new life to The Apex.

The cabinets and countertops are in, but there’s still work to do.

Adjustments, hardware, sealing and final checks are what help bring the installation together and make sure everything is ready for the finished space.
