We have a limited number of turkeys which we will butcher the week of Thanksgiving and provide free delivery up to 25 miles.

We provide either the whole bird or the breast which includes the bone, meat and skin so you can experience the full flavor of a field raised bird without having to roast a full turkey.

5 foot long Johnson grass roots. Amazing how much it grows. Now the question is how do I get rid of it.

This morning went into the coup and one of the youngest chickens followed me in. She went over to a corner and pecked in the bedding. Saw she was showing me her first egg. She doesn't go up where everyone else lays their eggs and I assume she wanted to make sure I saw her first one.

Breeding pair of Peking ducks and a breeding trio of Rouen ducks. Hatched in April and all produce eggs now.

Cut a tree down and found this interesting ring. Tree was deciduous and the ring looks like a conifer tree. Will save these logs to see what they look like when turning on a lathe.

Barn build started. Hope to have it done to store hay in before the next rain.

Love colors that various chickens lay. Green is my favorite. 5 duck eggs so far too. Other duck should start laying in the next couple of weeks.
