Another exciting project is officially underway in Eden Prairie.

We’re proud to announce the groundbreaking of the newest Dave's Hot Chicken location in Eden Prairie, MN. This project includes a full tenant improvement along with a 552 sq. ft. building addition designed to expand the in-house dining experience for future guests.

Located at the corner of Highway 5 and Eden Prairie Road, just south of Eden Prairie High School and adjacent to Eden Prairie Village Shopping Center, this new location will bring another high-energy dining destination to the growing community.

From preconstruction through completion, our team is focused on delivering a high-quality space that reflects the momentum and continued growth of the Dave’s Hot Chicken brand. We’re excited to partner once again on another great restaurant project and look forward to seeing this location come to life ahead of its anticipated opening at the end of July.

More Chipotle projects are underway 🌯

We’re excited to highlight the groundbreaking of two new Chipotle Mexican Grill locations, one in Menomonie, WI, and another in Cambridge, MN.

Construction in Menomonie is already moving quickly after demolition of a former Denny’s restaurant began in early April, and the Cambridge location officially kicks off this week. It’s always exciting to see these projects take shape from the ground up and continue bringing nationally recognized brands into growing communities.

In addition to these new ground-up locations, our team is also several weeks into a Chipotle Mexican Grill tenant improvement project on Plymouth Road in Minnetonka. From site work to interior buildout coordination, it’s great to see progress continuing across multiple Chipotle projects at the same time as we help prepare another location for customers in the west metro.

We’re proud to continue our partnership with Chipotle and grateful for the teams, trade partners, and field crews helping keep these projects moving forward.

From a parking lot pop-up in 2017 to more than 400 locations nationwide, it’s been incredible to watch the growth of Dave's Hot Chicken, and we’re proud to continue being part of that journey. 🔥🐔

Recently, members of the Strack leadership team traveled to Pasadena, CA for the annual Dave's Hot Chicken 2026 Development Summit, where we had the opportunity to reconnect with franchise owners, architects, vendors, and the outstanding corporate development team helping drive the brand’s continued expansion across the country.

Events like this are always valuable, not just for learning about new products, operational efficiencies, and future growth plans, but for strengthening the relationships that make successful projects possible.

We’re excited to break ground on something new for Minnesota 🐓🥗

Strack Construction has officially started construction on the first Chicken Salad Chick location in the state, serving the South Metro area. Bringing a fast-growing, nationwide brand like this to a new market is no small task, and that’s exactly the kind of challenge we’re built for.

We’re proud to partner with Bellmaker Partners (Mandi & Michael Boogerd (MBA)) on this project and help bring their vision to life. From navigating new brand standards to executing with precision, our team thrives on delivering high-quality spaces that set our partners up for success from day one.

Chicken Salad Chick continues to expand across the country, and we’re honored to play a role in introducing the brand to Minnesota. More to come as this one takes shape 👀

We’re proud to help bring a viral favorite to Minnesota.

Roni's Mac Bar is now open on Level 3 in the South Food Court at the Mall of America, serving up fully customizable mac & cheese bowls, signature creations, melty grilled cheese, and loaded potatoes. From building your own bowl to trying one of their fan-favorite combinations, it’s a concept that’s already making waves.

To celebrate the opening, the first 100 customers on Saturday (4/25) have a chance to win free mac & cheese for a year, so if you’re heading to MOA, now’s the time to stop by.

This project came together through a fast-paced schedule, last-minute engineering changes, and the added complexity of working inside the largest mall in America. Our team worked closely with partners on-site to navigate logistics, coordinate efficiently, and keep everything moving forward, delivering a space that’s ready to handle the energy and volume this brand brings.

We’re excited to see this one open and thriving, and proud to play a part in introducing this hot, viral concept to Minnesota.

We’re excited to see this new location officially begin serving the community with today’s full grand opening. This space was built to match the bold energy of the Dave's Hot Chicken brand, and it’s great to see it come to life.

This marks the 7th Dave’s Hot Chicken location for MN Chicken, and we’re grateful to have partnered with them once again to bring another restaurant to completion.

We can't wait for the community of Edina to experience the bold flavors of Dave's Hot Chicken!
