Another roof in the books and steady progress on the Beaver custom build in Mound City. Utilities are 90% roughed in, insulation and drywall will be going in shortly 😁.

Head of quality control visited 3 of our build sites today and we passed with flying colors!!! Her standards are extremely high so we’re very pleased we exceeded her expectations 😁

This spec house in Mound City is 99.9% complete and after final touch ups and cleaning it will be ready for its happy new owners at the end of the month. We will be breaking dirt very soon on 2 more in the same sub division if your in the market for a new Epic built home in Mound City let us know.
