Not too much change in the forecast with this package except for a slight shift to the south for heavier totals including the KC Metro. Snow is expected to begin mid-morning Sunday across eastern Kansas and Western Missouri and quickly spread east through the rest of the area by noon. Snow is then expected through Sunday afternoon. Snow is then expected to mix or change over to freezing drizzle Sunday evening and continue through overnight Sunday night. A second round of snow is expected to move into the area Monday morning and continue through the day. Two day snow totals will range from 2 to 6 inches with the heaviest amounts along the Interstate 70 corridor.
