🏆💛🖤 A MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER — COREY 🖤💛🏆

Today, I want to take a moment to recognize the people who truly make Ideal Pest Management LLC what it is today — MY INCREDIBLE TEAM! 👏 Vincent Vicciarelli,Richie Paddon and Anand Ragoo

As the owner of Ideal Pest Management, I couldn’t be more proud of what we have accomplished together. We’ve built a company that has earned the trust of our communities, received multiple awards, and continues to set the standard for quality customer service.

But I want to make one thing perfectly clear…

I may be the owner, but MY TEAM is the heart, soul, and TRUE HEROES of this company! 💪🐝

These guys are the ones out there every single day, putting in the long hours, handling the difficult jobs, going above and beyond for our customers, and representing the Ideal Pest name with pride and professionalism.

Awards don’t happen because of one person. They happen because of an incredible TEAM that believes in what we’re building.

Winning the 2026 Schoharie County Chamber of Commerce People’s Choice Award is another incredible achievement, but this recognition belongs just as much to the hardworking individuals behind the scenes as it does to the company itself! 🏆

To my team: THANK YOU!

Thank you for your dedication, your loyalty, your hard work, and everything you sacrifice to make this company successful. I see the effort you put in, and I appreciate every single one of you more than words can express.

You guys are the reason Ideal Pest Management continues to grow, succeed, and earn the respect of our community.

I’m honored to be your owner, but even more honored to work alongside you.

Now, I want everyone to help me give the Ideal Pest Management team a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS! 🎉👏🏆

They deserve the recognition, the applause, and the spotlight!

This award is YOURS, gentlemen! You’ve earned it! 💛🖤

Whitney, we’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We do, however, feel it’s important to provide some additional context.

During your service, you specifically requested that no rodenticides/poisons be used at home. We respected that request and went beyond a standard monthly pest-control treatment by working to locate and reseal gaps and potential entry points around the home each month. We also discussed other rodent-control options, including snap traps and glue boards, which you did not want used inside the home. These restrictions significantly limited the treatment methods available to us. We normally don’t do seals with our monthly customers for $45 dollars a month as well.

We do acknowledge that there was a breakdown in communication, and for that we sincerely apologize. Because of that, we refunded your most recent month of service.

At Ideal Pest Management, we make every effort to accommodate our customers—even when that means going beyond the normal scope of service. Unfortunately, there are situations where we cannot provide the results a customer expects when certain treatment methods are declined.

We respect your decision to seek another provider and wish you the best. We will continue working hard to provide responsive, professional service and to learn from situations where our communication could have been better.
