This low spot once collected stormwater, but has now been transformed into a beautiful rain garden designed to work with the natural drainage of the property.

Rain gardens capture runoff and allow it to slowly soak back into the ground. They’re especially useful in low areas, near downspouts, or anywhere excess water tends to collect.

By incorporating stone and moisture-tolerant plantings, we turned a drainage problem into an attractive landscape feature.

Keep the ambiance warm and safe by planning your lights. Place path lights at steps and edges (not directly in line of sight) to gently guide the way, and use softer bulbs near seating for a cozy glow.
