If we’ve ever done a job for you, we would be so thankful if you took a minute to leave us a review. ❤️

Apparently, even our little foreman thinks it’s time we asked! 😂🔨 He’s out there keeping an eye on the jobs, so we figured we better follow his orders!

When a customer says they want a remote hunting log cabin complete with a loft, we’re all in. 🦌🏡🔨

This project is coming together beautifully! From the covered porch and vaulted wood ceiling to the loft space and big windows overlooking the property, this is going to be the perfect hunting getaway.

There’s still plenty of work left to do, but we had to share some progress pictures because this one is turning out awesome. The loft adds even more usable space and gives this little cabin so much character!

At Surdam & Son Construction, we don’t just remodel homes—we can help bring custom builds like this to life too.

Thinking about a hunting cabin, weekend getaway, shop, pole barn, or another custom project? Give us a call!

🔨 I don’t think people truly realize the scope of what we do at Surdam & Son Construction!

When people hear our name, they may think we only do remodels, decks, or a certain type of construction—but our work goes FAR beyond that.

🏠 From small repairs to major projects, we do a little bit of everything!

Some of the work we take on includes:

🔨 Full bathroom remodels
♿ ADA-compliant bathrooms, showers & accessibility modifications
🪚 Decks, porches & ramps
🏠 Roofing & roof repairs
🏗️ Pole barns & other structures
🧱 Structural repairs & reinforcement
🔧 Framing and repairs
🚿Plumbing & Electrical associated with remodels
🪟 Repairs uncovered during renovations
🏡 Flooring & subfloor repairs
🔨 General residential construction & remodeling
🛠️ And those unexpected projects where you open up a wall or floor and discover a whole lot more than you bargained for! 😂

One thing we’re especially proud of is our work helping make homes safer and more accessible for people who need it. Sometimes construction isn’t just about making something look better—it’s about helping someone stay safely and independently in their own home.

We’ve walked into projects that looked simple on the surface and uncovered rotten framing, multiple layers of flooring, hidden damage, plumbing issues, structural problems, and more. We don’t cover it up and move on. We figure out what needs to be done and do it right.

At Surdam & Son Construction LLC, we’re a small, family-owned business, and our name is attached to every project we complete. That means something to us.

So if you have a project in mind and you’re wondering, “Is that something Surdam & Son can do?” — ASK US! You might be surprised just how much we do. 🔨🏠

🚿 Another Bathroom Remodel Complete! 🔨✨

This project was about so much more than giving a bathroom a fresh new look — it was about creating a space that is safe, functional, accessible, and ADA compliant. ♿️❤️

This remodel features a spacious curbless walk-in shower, strategically placed ADA grab bars, an accessible handheld showerhead, overhead rain shower, built-in shower niche, and slip-conscious hexagon tile flooring. Every detail was planned with accessibility and ease of use in mind while still creating a bathroom that looks clean and modern.

We’re proud to offer ADA-compliant bathroom remodels and accessibility modifications that can help our clients remain safer and more independent in their homes. 🏡

At Surdam & Son Construction LLC, we believe accessibility doesn’t mean sacrificing a beautiful finished product. We take pride in doing things the right way and building spaces that work for the people who use them.

This right here is the future of Surdam & Son Construction. ❤️🔨

When people ask why we work so hard, why we put in the long days, the late nights, and give everything we have to building this business—this is why.

We aren’t just building decks, roofs, homes, or remodeling spaces. We’re building something we hope will last for generations. Something our son can look back on one day and be proud to carry forward.

Every job we take, every customer who trusts us, and every lesson learned along the way is helping build a future for him.

This is the “Son” in Surdam & Son.
This is our motivation.
This is our legacy.
This is why we do what we do. ❤️
