Renovation efforts focused on an older building in need of restoration. The owner's intention was to convert the space into a functional workshop with improved thermal insulation. To accomplish this, insulation was installed, OSB was fitted, and a trap door was added to retain heat on the lower level. Additionally, stairs were installed to provide easier access to the attic for storage. The original door was replaced, and finally, the interior space was completed with trim work on walls, windows, and doors. The project tuned out great.

The homeowner wanted a spot for a small shed to be built on the opposite side of the driveway of the existing shed. Got up on the roof this late winter and took a good look at it. If you can't tell from the before pictures, the roof was in bad shape. They had us come to replace this roof not a minute too soon. Had a nice day to get the drone out and take some pictures of our finishing work. We are really happy with the way the roof turned out, and the homeowner is too.
