Swapped out vinyl gutters for steel gutters. The downspout was spiral, preventing water flow. Reworked the downspout to around the corner. Before and after pics.

Who doesn’t like vinyl stick tile? It’s an easy upgrade, especially to small spaces. People are afraid that they lift up in a year or two… Not if they are put down correctly. Before and after pics.

Drywall repair, not a problem. My saying is make it disappear. Just some hole left by the electrician and HVAC guy. Patched up and skim coated. Just need to add paint. Before and after pics.

Some things that I can complete. Renovated bathroom, where the shower was moved and a tub was inserted. I was called upon to drywall, densshield, and insulate the areas. For the far wall, made a shampoo insert. Another job complete. Before and after pics.
