Today we pause to remember.
On September 11th, 2001, thousands of lives were lost, and thousands of heroes stepped forward.

Happy Labor Day from Guzman Concrete Coatings! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ
Today we honor the hard work that builds America β€” from our crew to every tradesman, business owner, and family putting in the hours to make Southern Utah stronger.
We know what hard work looks like. We live it every day on every garage, patio, and shop floor we coat.
Our office is closed today to give our team time with their families. We'll be back tomorrow turning boring concrete into something everyone talks about.
Have a safe and relaxing Labor Day!

This driveway went from boring gray concrete to THIS.
Custom concrete stain β€” not paint, not a cheap coating. It penetrates the concrete so it won't peel, chip, or fade in the sun.
Rich color, natural stone look, and sealed for that perfect low-sheen finish.
Why replace your driveway when you can stain it?

That MIRROR finish. ✨
This floor isn't wet β€” that's just how our concrete coatings shine.
Durable. Seamless. Easy to clean. And it looks like THIS.
Who's ready for an upgrade?

πŸ’₯ JULY WRAP-UP - Floors that weren't playing around πŸ’₯

This month the Guzman Concrete Coating crew was slammed in Southern Utah & Arizona. Here’s what we knocked out:

πŸ”Ή Garage transformation in St. George - Platinum gray flake, 100% solids epoxy + polyaspartic topcoat. Chemical resistant, hot-tire proof, and looks insane.
πŸ”Ή Pool deck in Washington - Tan + beige blend, slip-resistant finish so it's cool on the feet and safe when wet.
πŸ”Ή Workshop in Hurricane - Heavy-duty quartz system, built to take forklifts, oil, and everyday abuse.

Same process on every job:
1. Diamond grind prep (no acid wash shortcuts)
2. Crack repair + moisture barrier
3. Epoxy base + full flake / quartz broadcast
4. Polyaspartic clear - cures in 24hrs, lifetime warranty

If your garage is stained, your patio is peeling, or your shop floor is dusty - July is the perfect time to coat before it gets hotter.

πŸ”₯ Another week, another round of floors transformed πŸ”₯

The Guzman Concrete Coating crew just wrapped up 3 jobs in all southern UtahοΏΌ and the results speak for themselves:

βœ… Garage floor flake system, chemical + hot tire resistant
βœ… Back patio in Washington Fields – tan blend, slip-resistant finish perfect for pool season
βœ… heavy-duty quartz system

Every job gets the same treatment: grind prep, moisture barrier, 100% solids epoxy, and a polyaspartic topcoat. No shortcuts.

If your concrete is cracked, stained, or just ugly, we’ll make it look brand new and last for years.
