NOW HIRING: Experienced HVAC Installer

Pay: Up to $40/hour, depending on experience!
Marlin Plumbing Heating and Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team! We work on residential, commercial, and new construction projects and are looking for a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and getting the job done right.
Job Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
- Complete installations for residential, commercial, and new construction projects.
- Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and other system components.
- Test systems for proper operation, safety, and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Coordinate with team members, contractors, and other trades.
- Follow applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hands-on HVAC installation experience required.
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship.
- EPA 608 certification preferred.
