Happy Friday!

Sharing a few shots of this craftsman-style bathroom remodel we recently completed!
The split-color tile carries into the paint throughout the space, creating a cohesive and balanced look. A mix of black and chrome finishes adds contrast, while the red oak cabinetry was selected to complement the home’s existing millwork and doors.

The end result is a unique yet timeless space that feels right at home with the original character.

Congratulations, Madie! 🎉

We’re proud to congratulate Madie Swier, MKE Design Build’s Summer Intern, on being selected as a recipient of the 2026 NARI Milwaukee Foundation Scholarship!

Madie is currently studying Business with a specialization in Construction Management, and we’re excited to see where her education and passion for the construction industry take her.

The NARI Milwaukee Foundation provides scholarships to support the next generation of skilled craftspeople, technicians, designers, and service providers in the residential construction industry. These scholarships help students pursuing education in the trades, technical fields, and creative disciplines related to residential construction, remodeling, and home improvement.

We’re especially proud to see organizations like NARI Milwaukee investing in young women pursuing careers in construction and the trades and helping build the next generation of our industry.

A big thank you to the NARI Milwaukee Foundation for its continued educational support, and congratulations again to Madie! We’re so happy to have you as part of the MKE Design Build team! 🛠️🏠

We were proud to be a sponsor of this year’s Community on Tap! 🍻🍷

As the largest annual fundraiser for the Bay View Community Center, Community on Tap brings neighbors together for an evening of w**e and b**r tastings, live and silent auctions, and support for an organization doing great work right here in our community.

Held at the South Shore Yacht Club, we couldn’t have asked for a better evening - beautiful weather, a gorgeous sunset, and a great crowd. We’re grateful to be able to support the Bay View community we know and love.

Cheers to a successful Community on Tap and our first year being part of such a great event!

We love creating cozy spaces for family and friends to gather. This white oak bench nook was the perfect addition to our Sandshell & Rosemary kitchen remodel. So beautiful and functional!

Good things really do come in small spaces.

This Bay View bungalow’s second-floor bathroom was completely transformed with the help of a dormer addition, creating a space that’s as functional as it is beautiful. Every inch was thoughtfully designed to maximize storage and usability without sacrificing style.

We’re especially loving the playful pops of green tile and statement wallpaper, while the traditional fixtures and classic tile flooring honor the home’s original character and charm.
