Part 5 of the Double Espresso House 🎥☕

David is walking through one of our favorite features in this build, the fireplace wall in the main living space. This wall needed something special, and Molly nailed the vision.

We pulled the stone out to the sides to fill the scale of the wall, then topped it with a timber mantel we salvaged from a barn we tore down at another property. Cleaned it up and gave it new life right here. Paired with the cedar above, it brings in that old world warmth against a clean modern space.

This is what custom means to us: nothing off the shelf, every piece with a story.

The windows alone tell you how much light is about to pour into this space, walls of glass framed up and ready for glass. Watching it come together one wall at a time never gets old.

Pleasant Lake pt. 6. Nature just walks right into this house. Hot tub room. Sun room. Porch. Open windows. Fireplace. Lake views from every angle. Before and after? Not even close.

David heads upstairs for part four of Double Espresso and this level has a completely different feel from the main floor.

The second living area doubles as a fun room and the windows here keep it just as bright as everything downstairs. A second and third bedroom, plus a laundry room and bathroom that keep everything practical and close together.

This home just keeps proving there is room for everyone and everything.
