Lake days come home with you. So we give them their own door. A lake entry keeps the sand, wet towels, and life jackets right where they belong. Just one more way we build lake homes differently in Central Minnesota.

There's something special about a client who keeps coming back, and Sue's review captures exactly why that happens here. She has worked with Dave, Logan, and Mollie on more than one project now, and each time the quality and the attention to detail have stayed just as strong as the last. An addition like this one is proof that great work builds relationships that last well beyond a single project.

Thank you Sue, for letting us be part of your home again. St. Cloud, MN.

A home like this is not just about the big rooms, it is about what happens in between them. The corners, the transitions, the small surfaces most people would leave plain, all of it got the same care and attention as the kitchen or the primary suite. Hand troweled plaster with a soft metallic finish, custom millwork, layered stone, texture built into nearly every wall in the house. It took a design team willing to sweat the details across more than 14,000 square feet, and the result is a home that rewards a slow walk through it. These are a few of our favorite corners.

Think about the door you actually walk through every day, not the front entry for guests, the one after work, after school pick up, after a grocery run with your hands full. That is where good design really shows up. In The Wedge we gave that space real purpose, a mud room with built in cubbies, a bench to sit and pull off boots, and closed storage that keeps the entryway calm no matter how busy the day gets. It is a small room that changes how the whole home feels to live in, right here in the Central Minnesota community of The Gates at Blackberry.

Remodels live and die on communication as much as craftsmanship, and this review captures both. A bathroom and closet remodel done right, start to finish, with a team that made the process as easy as the end result looks. If your next project is a Renovate project rather than a ground up build, this is what it looks like when it goes well.

Every mechanical room in a Werschay Home gets dropped two inches below the surrounding floor. David explains why in this one. It is not a matter of if a mechanical room ever sees water, it is a matter of when, whether that is a supply line letting go or a water heater finally giving out after years of service.

That two inch drop means the room contains the water instead of sending it into the rest of the house. Nobody notices this detail until the day they need it, which is exactly the point. It is one more thing we build into every custom home in the St. Cloud area without anyone having to ask for it.

A review like this is the reason we do what we do. Renee and her family found their lake lot with realtor Barb Dahl, then brought us in to build their forever home, and the whole team, Dave, Mollie, Jim, Logan, Pete, Randy, Dylan, and Jessica, showed up for every detail along the way, down to a custom baby gate for the grandbabies and a closet she still can not stop talking about.

Thank you Renee, for trusting us with something this personal. Central Minnesota custom home builder. St. Cloud, MN.

There's a reason this kitchen and dining space at Stone Manor keeps showing up in your saved posts. Calacatta Viola marble and soapstone meet rift oak cabinetry across 921 square feet, and the dining area just beyond carries the same warmth, natural stone, layered wood tones, and a palette built to feel collected rather than staged. Somewhere between the marble and the millwork it stops being a kitchen you admire and starts being one you can picture yourself in. Stone Manor.

Every home needs one room that feels like it was built just for you, and at The Wedge that room is the primary suite. A bedroom with space to breathe, a bathroom designed to feel like a daily reset rather than an afterthought, and a walk in closet with enough room for everything you own to actually have a place. This is the kind of retreat that makes coming home the best part of the day. The Wedge. Move in ready now at The Gates at Blackberry in St. Augusta. St. Cloud, MN.

Some of the best parts of a home are the ones you only catch when someone points them out. In Double Espresso, that means hardware with real weight in your hand, a soft glow tucked into the open shelving that makes everyday items look intentional, and overhead lighting warm enough to make the whole kitchen feel like golden hour year round.

These are the details that turn a house into a home you actually want to live in. Double Espresso. Move in ready in Sartell at The Gates at Blackberry. Central Minnesota custom home builder. St. Cloud, MN.
