We’re so excited to welcome you! 💕 Due to the very hot weather forecast, we’ll be starting a little earlier at 9:00 AM so everyone can shop and enjoy the morning before it gets too warm.

☕ Come enjoy coffee, cookies & biscotti while you browse our yard sale and discover some very special treasures! I’ll be sharing photos of some of the items available, and we’ll also have adorable gift baskets for just $10–$20 each. 🎁

A dear friend has generously donated two beautiful pieces of porcelain art for the event:

🍂 Plant purchases over $500 will receive the gorgeous porcelain plate featuring autumn leaves.

🦋 Plant purchases over $300 will receive the lovely butterfly porcelain art.

(These porcelain plates can be purchased separately)
