We enjoyed a recent site visit with to review stunning architectural details (both preserved and created) under construction for an exquisite riverfront home. We have extremely talented architectural resources in NE Florida and enjoy learning from them. Thanks again Doug and Daniel!

A lot going on in this picture….two of our site management pros (Aaron and Jeff ) are reviewing plans that are the culmination of detailed work from our architecture, interior design, and engineering (civil, structural,mechanical) partners. Our in-house pre-construction team runs coordination and purchasing efforts healthily ahead of any shovels in the ground. There’s project management and accounting for all of this too. All leads to the solid full custom building behind them formed with materials from suppliers and craft from subcontractors…and not to mention….the photographer is our very own Meagan M. Whew!
