Our team recently gathered for quarterly training to sharpen our skills, reinforce our commitment to safety, and stay up to date on industry best practices. It was also a great opportunity to come together and celebrate the Fourth of July as a team.

Congratulations to Carolyn, Daniel, and the entire build team on the outstanding progress of our road rebuilding project in Orange City!

Our crews are currently installing a concrete block stabilization system, and the project is already ahead of schedule—earning high praise from the client along the way.

We’re proud to recognize two outstanding team members who continue to make a big impact at DBCC!

👏 Breanna has truly embodied what it means to be a team player. Since joining the team, she has contributed to two key divisions—starting as our Fleet Manager helping establish our fleet operations, and now stepping into her role as Payroll & Accounts Payable Manager, where she’s been able to utilize her financial background and continue to excel. Keep up the great work, Bre!

👏 From the field, we’re giving a big shoutout to Roads Superintendent Eric Robinson. Since coming onboard, Eric has played a major role in bringing two challenging projects in on time and under budget. A recent graduate of the DBCC Leadership Academy, Eric exemplifies Extreme Ownership and leads from the front.

We’re proud to have both Breanna and Eric on our team! 💪
