We have a large retail garden center featuring a wide range of annuals, perennials, Florida native plants, trees, shrubs, fruit trees, herbs and vegetables. We feature non-toxic pest cont

rols, organic fertilizers, beautiful pottery, fountains and garden accessories. We also offer landscape, irrigation and landscape lighting services. Our knowledgeable staff can assist you in creating a lovely outdoor space you'll be proud of - and will be happy to guide you through the process of choosing appropriate plants for your specific needs. Not only can we help design your dream garden but we’ll take care of the installation, too - or help you with advice if you would prefer to install it yourself.

Purple Pillar Rose of Sharon 😍 this unique flowering shrub grows narrow and upright rather than wide and spreading. Cold hardy and heat tolerant; flowers in the summer and goes dormant in the winter. Once established it is drought tolerant, too! The colorful flowers are eye-catching and vibrant, and the pollinators just can’t get enough of its nectar. We have a few different type of varieties of Rose of Sharon. Stop by to see what we have in stock! 💜🌸🐝

In the quiet hours of July 3, our sweet nursery kitty Mr. Miyagi peacefully passed away in the place he loved most, surrounded by flowers. Last year he was diagnosed with a severe heart condition that was not treatable. We never expected he would continue on as long as he did, but he surprised us all and remained our ambassador, greeter, quiet and humorous showoff up until the end. He loved nothing more than being admired and he genuinely succeeded in that. He would casually position himself to his best advantage at the registers, nap in unexpected places, or follow customers through the nursery as they shopped. Many of our dear customers would come in just to see him.

Mr. Miyagi (so appropriately named by our beautiful friend Hunter Miller ) was our great teacher in reminding us that life goes fast, that we never know what someone might be going through, and that above all else we need to show calm kindness to others. Mr. Miyagi was a friend to countless people, and we will dearly miss our friend!

The pollinators are loving Rudbeckia hirta this time of year! Most native plants do not mind the summers in Florida. Many can take the heat and thrive! Some prefer conditions to be shady and moist.
