As families across our community celebrate the first day of school, the team at STG Contracting Group, Inc. is especially proud to see the doors open at two newly constructed K–8 schools: Magnolia Oaks Academy in SilverLeaf and Sabal Crest Academy in Nocatee.

From planning and construction to seeing students walk through the doors for the first time, it’s incredibly rewarding to know our team played a role in creating modern learning environments where students will learn, grow, discover, and thrive for years to come.

STG Contracting Group, Inc. successfully completed a renovation for Paradigm Wellness in Nocatee, transforming the space into a modern, welcoming environment designed to support patient wellness and comfort. The project included interior improvements, upgraded finishes and enhancements to functionality and aesthetics, allowing the facility to better serve its clients while reflecting the high standards of care provided by Paradigm Primary Care and Wellness.

STG Contracting Group is proud to announce the award of the Replacement of Spring Park Elementary School project by Duval County Public Schools.

This milestone reflects STG’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality educational facilities throughout Northeast Florida. With more than 1 million square feet of K-8 educational construction successfully completed in St. Johns County, our team has extensive experience creating safe, innovative, and student-centered learning environments that support academic success and community growth.

The Spring Park Elementary School project marks STG’s first K-12 school partnership with Duval County Public Schools. We are honored by the opportunity to collaborate on a project that will provide students, educators, and families with a modern educational facility designed to serve future generations.

We appreciate the trust placed in our team and look forward to contributing to the continued advancement of public education in our region.

TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY - What a difference 22 months makes! Magnolia Oaks Academy is ready for the 2026 school year. This project demonstrates a complete evolution from raw site conditions to a finished, operational K-8 school. This transformation was powered by long hours, dedication and team work!

Have you visited the new addition to the Public Service Center in St. John’s County? We recently completed this 2-story addition which expands functional space for employees and the public. It added about 34,000 square feet of new space and features wood plank ceilings, additional workspaces, functional lobby area, exterior boardwalk and patio. Extensive sitework was completed and the parking area was expanded.

This addition will support the growing needs of the County and STG Contracting Group, Inc. was excited to be a part of it!
