Final tally today was a big load of crusties from a guy in Livonia, a Lodge #9 Dutch oven and a 4 in 1 combo cooker bottom to match a top I been having for a while, both from Mr. Jerry Stag at the Washington Schoolhouse event. My wife, who is getting good at this ,picked up a Wagner chicken fryer with a Chicago foundry lid really cheap and I got a cool little handmade knife. I got to see the Washington schoolhouse which is incredible and worth seeing anyway. Got home and pressure washed the crusty rusty ones and had one warped lid and one warped pot. Notables where 2 BSR fish fryers, one with the wildlife lid, a 20" lodge skillet, a 14" BSR skillet, a #10 lodge camp oven, and plenty others. I got to meet Lyle Brignac and Jody McDaniel who I have spoken with on Facebook but never met. Great day.

Just made a huge cast iron score in Livonia!! Pics and details coming soon. Over 40 pieces, fish fryers, 20" skillets and large Dutch ovens. Thanks to Kristi Richard , and Zandrea Wilcox for sharing the post. My awesome wife and her network of friends are my secret weapon for finding old iron. All stuffed into the VW Atlas this time.

Sportsman Grills coming along. One on the right has 2 rounds of seasoning 3 to go. Older one on the left is clean and ready to season other than still trying to get all the rust off of the grates. Older one is pitted and worn but should still turn out good. I forgot how much detailed work was involved with these.

Road trip today, Tunica trace junk trail then Natchez and back got a few items. Was working on a bigger deal with a vendor that drug on all day and produced nothing. Win some lose some. Had a good time. Got home in time to run another load through the oven.
