BREAKING: West Virginia officials have confirmed that the state’s most wanted groundhog has officially escaped custody and is now on the run through the hills. Witnesses say he was last seen scurrying down a backroad like he just heard somebody yell, “Spring’s here, boys!”
After weeks of bad forecasts, false hope, and weather that felt personally disrespectful, the fugitive fuzzball has apparently had enough. For the first time in six weeks… he’s not digging in anymore. He’s digging out and making a full Appalachian getaway.
Authorities are currently in pursuit, but admit the suspect may be hard to catch due to his knowledge of mountain terrain, abandoned sheds, and every patch of roadside brush between here and the next holler.
Locals say if you see him, do not approach. He is considered small, fast, and emotionally dangerous.

Join us in wishing a Happy Birthday to our Vice President of Engineering, Brooke Penny Taylor. Brooke has been an integral part of the Premier team, having been employed with Premier since it’s inception. She has proven herself time and time again to be a “most valuable player” in controls, having assisted customers and peers alike and is now also serving in an owner and leadership role.

During 2020, Brooke received the 2019 Young Guns award from ControlTrends (an award recognizing young professionals making significant industry impacts within their companies) but she doesn’t consider the award her most important professional accomplishment, that accomplishment comes in the form of helping institute what is now Premier Energy Systems. “My biggest personal professional accomplishment up to this point has been helping start Premier. Looking back at where we began; compared to where we are now, is such a huge achievement, and I am so proud that I got to be a part of that process.”

When discussing company accomplishments, Brooke was quick to add accomplishments of the Premier team. “As a company, our biggest professional accomplishments have been receiving our dealer awards from Automated Logic Corporation. Specifically, the 2023 award of being named ALC Dealer of the Year is a testament to our service excellence, a tribute to our market performance and truly recognizes us as an industry leader.”
