We’re excited to add a NEW position to our team: Operations Support!

This full-time seasonal role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes initiative, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
🌱 Assisting with farm upkeep, watering, mowing, pruning, and general property maintenance
🚜 Operating equipment such as skid steers, tractors, mowers, and string trimmers (training provided)
📦 Moving materials, running parts to crews, and supporting multiple divisions as needed
🧹 Maintaining clean, organized shop, yard, and staging areas
🔧 Performing basic equipment upkeep

✔ Starting at $16.00/hr
✔ Full-time seasonal position
✔ Outdoor, active work environment
