We’re about to break ground on an exciting 11,000 sq. ft. custom home for a private client in the Hamptons.

As the Owner’s Representative, Mr InBetween has been involved from the earliest stages — helping guide the project from initial concept through architect and contractor selection, permitting, budgeting, bid analysis, value engineering and pre-construction planning.

Now, as construction begins, our role continues: representing the owner’s interests, coordinating the project team, scrutinizing costs and proposals, monitoring progress and helping ensure that what was designed and promised is what ultimately gets built.

Building a custom home of this scale involves hundreds of decisions, multiple contractors and vendors, and a significant financial investment.

Our job is simple:
