Good evening everyone! Business pretty good here recently and I am getting some loose ends and big projects wrapped up and more on the way. I keep a small supply of AB in stock for small deliveries, but if someone needs material in bulk and wants me to haul it, I can do that. Of course delivery and tax will be added because I’ll be hauling directly from the supplier. I will keep it as reasonable as I can with fuel prices what they are. Good afternoon everyone!!! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything but I have a PSA. When I advertise a material such as 3”-12” River Rock, I try to take as many pictures of it as I can to show shape, size and colors. Around this area it is known as Rip Rap because that’s what most companies sell it as. However, it is just oversized River Rock. So from now on when someone orders material from me, they will be required to look at the material and approve of it before it hits the ground. If they say it’s what they need and then later try to say that it’s not what they needed and aren’t happy with it, I Will Not refund them because they accepted the material when I delivered. No exceptions. I’ve been fortunate in the past to have good customers who knew what they needed and were grateful for it and I thank you for that.

Good afternoon everyone! Well as you all know fuel prices have gone up substantially in the last few weeks, and I have done a lot of thinking about the best course of action. I have decided that since all of my AB is sold, I won’t sell or deliver any more material until fuel prices go back down. I will still be screening and stockpiling in my spare time but I can’t justify selling until fuel and maintenance costs get back down to a reasonable rate. Hopefully when they do go back down I will have a huge amount of material to sell to you guys! I will still be taking clients for excavation jobs. Thank you all for understanding!

Good evening!!! Just wanted to keep y’all up to date with a current price list. My delivery fees are still the same at this point. If diesel hits $5.00 a gallon I’m gonna have to reevaluate things but hopefully not. On the flip side, my hourly rate is going to increase in April. Nothing too drastic but with fuel prices rising and cost of maintenance rising it is the right thing to do on that end of the business. Thank you all for being loyal customers and for helping me to stay busy!!! Keep spreading the word and let’s make 2026 the best year yet!

Good evening everyone. Fuel prices are on the rise and I’m not sure where they will level off to yet. I’m probably going to have to charge a little more for delivery in the near future. Currently delivery to Safford is $20 per load, thatcher and central are $30 and Pima is $40. I hope we don’t see $5.00 a gallon anytime soon but if we do I’ll have no choice but to make an adjustment. Thank you all for being understanding and allowing me to provide the materials you need.

Ours VS. Theirs. People often ask me what is the difference between material that you get from a big company vs material you get from me. On the left is a big company’s product and on the right is mine. While they look similar, the material on the left doesn’t have enough rock in it. For a base material you want almost equal amounts of sand and gravel. It helps to bind or “pack” better. I might be a one man show but I try to provide the best product I can for customers and will continue to do so!
