Proud moment for our team: Montecito II earned Bronze Winner, Best Affordable Housing at the Los Angeles Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Awards 2026.

Affordable housing is moving fast in LA. The projects getting noticed balance efficiency, durability and a strong street presence without overcomplicating the building. This one does exactly that.
