We’re excited to welcome Sean Mele to our team as a Service Maintenance Sales  Representative serving the Greater Fresno area. Lawson has proudly supported the Fresno market through our Construction Division for many years, and we’re excited to take the next step by expanding our Service Division into the region. Sean will play an important role in that growth, building relationships with local businesses and helping customers develop proactive HVAC and plumbing maintenance solutions.

Sean brings a strong background in sales, construction, customer relations, and HVAC maintenance, along with extensive experience building client relationships and developing new business. Outside of work, Sean enjoys working out and spending time outdoors, is a Fresno State fan, and enjoys cheese and crackers, gummy worms, and pie.

We are excited to welcome Alexis Heller to Lawson SSP Group as our new Service Administrator.
Alexis will support our Service and Special Projects teams through administrative coordination, purchase order management, collections support, and customer service, helping ensure our operations run efficiently and our customers receive exceptional support. Her previous experience in customer account management and leadership roles has equipped her with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills that will be a great addition to our team.
 
Outside of work, Alexis enjoys reading, gaming, and all things Pokémon, making her a great fit for our team culture that values both hard work and having fun along the way. She is also passionate about learning and growing professionally, which aligns perfectly with our commitment to continuous improvement and development.

This past weekend, Lawson had the joy of hosting employees and their families for our Lawson Family Picnic. The day was filled with games, laughter, and amazing food from Drewski’s Food Truck!

It was wonderful to spend time together outside of work and celebrate the incredible people who make Lawson what it is.

Last week, Lawson had the pleasure of hosting students from Gateway Community Charters for the second year in a row for an interactive company tour!
 
Students had the opportunity to learn about Lawson and tour our Plumbing & Piping and Sheet Metal shops, including live demonstrations. The morning concluded with students hearing directly from Local 104 Sheet Metal Workers and Local 447 Plumbers & Pipefitters about career opportunities in the union trades.
 
Lawson is proud to support getting students involved in the skilled trades and construction industry to help build the next generation of our workforce.
