🎥 WHAT’S THAT WEDNESDAY? #
This one sits quietly until you REALLY need it. 😳💦

And when you need it…you definitely want it working.

🔧 Meet the Sump Pump!

A sump pump is designed to collect and remove unwanted water from low areas, helping prevent flooding and water damage.

When water reaches a certain level in the sump basin, the pump activates and moves that water away from the area.

Translation: Water shows up where it shouldn’t be? This little workhorse helps get it OUT. 💦➡️🚫

You may forget it’s there—until the day you’re VERY glad it is.

🔧 Employee Spotlight — Great Job, Israel & Noah! 👏

Shoutout to Israel and Noah for a job well done at a 7-Eleven in Kings Beach!

The guys started with hydro jetting and a camera inspection to thoroughly clear and inspect the lines. From there, they completed the subsequent work needed, including demoing and repairing the mop sink P-traps and floor sink P-trap.

They worked great as a team, completed the job to Anderson’s Plumbing standards, and even left the work area cleaner than they found it. 🙌

Quality workmanship, teamwork, and attention to detail from start to finish. Great job, guys! 👏🔧

Restaurant or food-service tenant in the building?
There’s another layer of due diligence to consider. Grease buildup doesn’t always announce itself—until the line backs up.

Camera inspections and hot-water hydro jetting can help identify and address grease accumulation, debris and other restrictions within commercial kitchen drainage systems.

Grease traps, grease lines, floor sinks, drains and shared laterals should all be part of the conversation when evaluating a property with food-service tenants.

Know the condition. Know the maintenance history. Make a plan.

🎥 WHAT’S THAT WEDNESDAY?

Ever wonder why some buildings have hot water almost immediately? 🚿🔥

No magic involved…just a little help behind the scenes.

🔧 Meet the Recirculation Pump!

A recirculation pump helps keep hot water moving through the plumbing system so it stays closer to the fixtures where it’s needed.

Instead of waiting—and waiting—for hot water to travel from the water heater to the faucet, the system continuously or periodically circulates it through the building.

Translation: Less waiting for hot water and less water going down the drain while you wait. 🚿➡️🔥

Small pump. BIG difference in hot-water convenience.

Nothing makes our day quite like hearing from a happy customer! ❤️

A big shoutout to “G” for providing the kind of service that earns notes like this. Great people, great service, happy customers—that’s what we’re all about at Anderson’s Plumbing! 🇺🇸🔧

Due diligence shouldn’t stop at the sewer line.

What condition is the rest of the building’s plumbing infrastructure in?

Water heaters. Backflow devices. PRVs. Isolation valves. Recirculation systems. Booster pumps. Visible piping. Shutoffs.

Knowing the condition, age and accessibility of these systems can help property and facility managers plan instead of react.

We can walk the plumbing systems, identify areas of concern and help you start building a plan for what needs attention now—and what should be budgeted for later.

🎥 WHAT’S THAT WEDNESDAY?

Hear a BANG when the water shuts off? 😳 That’s not your plumbing being dramatic…well, maybe a little.

🔧 Meet the Water Hammer Arrestor!

When water flowing through a pipe suddenly stops or changes direction, it can create a pressure shock known as water hammer—often heard as that familiar banging or knocking sound in the pipes.

A water hammer arrestor helps absorb that sudden pressure surge, reducing the shock traveling through your plumbing system and helping protect pipes, valves, fixtures and connections.

Translation: That little device is basically a shock absorber for your plumbing. 💥➡️😌

Small part. BIG help keeping your plumbing a little quieter and a lot happier.

Another one in the books! 🔧💪

This project was a little more than swapping out a part — our Anderson’s Plumbing team took it from underground to protected and complete.

The crew cut and removed concrete, excavated approximately three feet to access the existing 2" water lines, built the new backflow assemblies, tested the systems, completed inspection, backfilled and restored the work areas.

Then came the finishing touch: new backflow protection cages, securely anchored and locked, with keys turned over to onsite maintenance. 🔐

And because the job isn’t finished until the site is finished, our crew cleaned everything up and left the area looking like we were never there.

👏 Shoutout to Quentin, Noah and the crew for seeing this one all the way through.

Excavate. Build. Test. Protect. Clean up. Done. ✔️

Because reliability isn’t just about fixing the problem — it’s about leaving the client with a finished product they can count on.

Because Reliability Counts.
