Time for a change! MarketOne Builders is moving to Natomas Corporate Center. After a decade in midtown and being part of the exciting R Street Corridor growth, it is time to let LPA Design Studios take our space for a spin. Natomas is where we spent the first 20 years growing the business and we are looking forward to our return and our new space. When it's complete, come by and see us in May!

Feel good moment of the Year!

We are relocating our offices to Natomas and needed to get rid of the existing furniture to make way for our own. Worked with Central Valley Training Center for them to take the furniture and use at their facilities where they train individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential and live life to the fullest. We are happy to announce a new addition to the West Sacramento skyline! 🏙

Washington Commons, our multifamily cohousing project, started welcoming residents at the beginning of summer.

The complex features over 4,000 square feet of shared amenity space, including a communal kitchen and activity venue. The one and two-bed units also boast private patios.

Congrats to Senior PM Mike Brown, and Superintendents John Randall, Ryan Sundquist, and Mike Dezonia on completing Washington Commons.

The four-story, 51-unit multifamily project welcomed residents earlier this summer. With a mix of lofts, one-bed, and two-bed units, the apartment complex features beautiful views of downtown Sacramento and the R Street District.

Earlier in August, the M1B self perform crew poured out the remainder of the podium deck, adding over 7,600 sqft of concrete. The podium now totals 14,600 sqft. Next up, steel and framing.
