Haven’t posted in a while but we had to share this update!

Our Land Park ADU is coming along beautifully 😍. The bay window will give our client a unique space to relax and enjoy the view.🏡

Once complete, this property will be a multigenerational living space for our client and her daughter and grandkids to enjoy for many generations to come. ❤️

✅Second story addition with a loft & office added upstairs for additional living space.
✅New entryway and foyer added to the front of the home to open up the house and add a custom, grand entry feel.
✅Upgraded Kitchen with new cabinets and appliances.
✅Framed the TV/Fireplace wall and added new windows, flooring, lighting to the living room.
✅Updated second bathroom and new stairs.
✅New windows and exterior siding throughout to give the home a bright and updated look and feel!

In 2014, we began our journey of becoming entrepreneurs and opening up our small, family-owned construction company.

Fast forward 10 years, and it has had its ups and downs, good days and bad. The realization that running a business is harder than it looks has settled, and we are right where we need to be.

We are lucky to have a dedicated team of employees who we value and appreciate.

Our clients in the Pocket area of Sacramento experienced what no homeowner should have to; a flooded home due to a water leak 💦

We had to renovate the entire first floor, including the foyer, living room, half bath, dinning nook and kitchen, and the dinning room!

Happy with the outcome, especially for our homeowner’s and their beautiful new home.❤️
