Taking a trip back to 1989 for our next milestone! 🏥

In 1989, we completed the Rancho Cordova branch of Mercy Healthcare Sacramento. This project was a foundational step into the healthcare sector, proving our team’s early ability to deliver the precision, quality, and rigorous safety standards required for specialized medical facilities.

From early community clinics to today's state-of-the-art medical centers, we’re incredibly proud to build spaces that care for people.

Congrats Malajiah! 🎓

Congratulations to Malajiah Gibbs (Langston Hughes High School, Fairburn, GA) for being selected to receive a $2,500 TRADESTRONG-Alston Construction scholarship to pursue a career in the Electrical field at Atlanta Tech. Malajiah sent the following note to share with us what this support has meant to her:

"Being chosen as a trade school scholarship recipient means everything to me. This isn't just a title or a check being handed to me it's proof that my hard work, my discipline, and everything I've been pushing through is being seen. I didn't get here by accident I got here by staying focused, staying consistent, and refusing to give up even when things got heavy. This opportunity takes a real weight off my shoulders. Finances can stress anybody out, but this scholarship allows me to breathe a little and lock in on what really matters my education, my training, and building a future I can be proud of. We are pleased to announce our Reno team has been awarded the Nevada Legislative Counsel Bureau Office Annex project in Carson City, Nevada. The approximately 89,000 SF, three-story facility will feature concrete tilt-up construction with panels reaching nearly 55 feet in height, granite and ACM metal panel exterior finishes, a rooftop solar system, and lightning protection, with full project completion anticipated in Summer/Fall 2027.

Our Texas offices have been incredibly busy this past month connecting with clients, giving back to the community, and celebrating our incredible team. In Houston, we partnered with our Cold Storage team to host a client lunch and learn at Haywire.

The Houston crew also took time to give back by sponsoring Generation One stepping out of the office to volunteer on campus for their End of School Carnival! Meanwhile, our Dallas office wrapped up an incredible People Week by heading out to the ballpark to cheer on the Texas Rangers.
