STAIRCASE MAKEOVER. Small LVP job. Clients had an open staircase with carpet steps and wanted it closed off with risers and bottom of staircase as well. Also wanted carpet removed from office and install LVP flooring. AJD CONSTRUCTION was able to DELIVER!

SCOPE OF WORK:
-Demo entire bathroom, including exterior wall.
-Pour new foundation for addition.
-Frame new floor system and exterior walls.
-Add new Drain and HOT/COLD water supply lines to accommodate new shower.
-Frame in for larger Door opening.
-Update plumbing
-Update electrical
-Add new recessed can light
-Install New custom tile shower with custom shower glass.
-Install new tile floor.
-Paint new.
-Install new custom vanity with granite top.
-Install new toilet.
THE WHOLE WORKS! Check out the pictures and videos to see the progress and how it’s done ! Quite the process, but I LOVE IT! Clients are SUPER happy and I LOVE that even more!

Check out this transformation!
New LVP flooring installation.
-Demo and remove existing baseboards,carpet and other flooring materials.
-Install new continuous LVP flooring with no transition strips between rooms.
-Install new painted baseboards.

See the before and after pictures and watch the transformation take place.
Such a change! Really brighten up the home. Homeowners are super happy and are continuing with the own updates such as paint and decor. Love the change!

Homeowners had a smaller master bathroom they wanted to remodel and add a soak tub with a bench seat.

-Demolition.
-Frame a larger bathroom with a pocket door.
-New plumbing
-Updated electrical
-New custom Vanity with granite top.
-New cast iron soak tub.
-Custom shower tile with bench seat.
-New tile floor.
-Added recessed lighting.
-New medicine cabinet.
-New paint.
-New custom shower glass.
-THE WHOLE WORKS !
