Reliable Roofing is thinking outside the box! Bill is working on the (R&D) and funding for a (Composite) Rubber Matrix shingle that could possibly be the future of roofing.
RRC will produce & install these roofs initially. These would install just like traditional shingles but hold a class 4 and lasts 50+ years! The price goal is 400-750 a sq installed by us or qualified trained crews depending on style and color options with zero pro rate.
Material: Recycled Rubber (Automotive-grade) using specific density's infused with a matrix of (secret) proprietary binders.
Once perfected through trial and error these shingles will last 50+ years hold a class 4 rating with a zero pro rate.
Chroma Bond: USA or Mexican flag, an Arctic white roof or a Copper finish that stay's copper. It stays vibrant for life because it’s a molecular bond, not a granual surface coating. We will be able to turn the largest surface area of a home into a customizable design feature.
Sustainability: These shingles will eventually be manufactured in a 100% solar-powered, carbon-neutral facility. Creating a Zero-waste production loop.
Weight: Comparable to high-end architectural shingles no structural reinforcement of the roof deck required.
Blow offs are a thing of the past with a Large (Rubber Matrix) Gun safe nail zone that instantly seals upon entry. Great for high wind areas with a lot of wind driven rain. 150+ mph rating wow!
